Ayelet grew up in Jerusalem in an Orthodox-Hasidic family. At age 9  she graced the stage, taking on leading roles and recording albums tailored for Hasidic female audiences. 

Ayelet launched her first record label, "Accord Productions," and began producing her own musical shows, bringing together dancers and choirs while choreographing over 70 girls, composing, and designing the entire stage experience. Despite having no exposure to television during her upbringing, she played a pivotal role in pioneering the first kosher film productions within the Orthodox entertainment industry. 

Her debut film, "Sweet Moment" (known in Hebrew as "Rega Matok"), achieved remarkable success in Israel and New York, selling over 120,000 DVDs. Even today, "Sweet Moment" remains a beloved children's film within the Orthodox Jewish community. Driven by her passion for storytelling, 

Ayelet continued to produce comedic films for children, skillfully navigating the constraints of "Rabbinic storytelling," where female narratives are often sidelined. This exclusion from direct on-screen appearances didn't deter her; instead, it fueled her commitment to producing and directing, ensuring that authentic narratives reached her audience. To date, she has produced two other films, "Moment to Think" and "Around the Jewish Year," further cementing her influence in the field. 

Ayelet’s journey reflects her dedication to breaking barriers and creating a vibrant space for storytelling in the Orthodox community.

Ayelet also achieved great success on stage by focusing on building self-confidence in young Hasidic girls who were limited by Rabbi rules on stage performance. therefor Ayelet were finding the right role on stage for each one, regardless of talent. For three years, Ayelet produced and performed in 12 musicals, indluding "Klipurim", a musical comedy based on the Jewish month of Adar-purim, Jewish holiday that allows festivities and humor to be part of its celebration. 

The closing show "Klipurim 3"  was funded and produced after Ayelet was intitled to recive government funds of her many success she achieved in the Hasidic community.  Klipurim 3 Musical presented in the theatre that recognized as the "National Hall of Jerusalem".

Although Ayelet accomplished many of her goals in her early productions, she felt she was still missing something and began to feel a need to learn more about film production. This led to her decision to  put behind her successful kosher film career and move to New York to attend the 'New York Film Academy', where she began learning all the facets of film making. Following her studies at NYFA, she began studying Broadway techniques in acting and musical theatre, where she paid particular attention to how teachers interacted with their students, how they directed and responded to various scenes, learning as many skills as possible to allow her to direct children in her own musical in the USA.

Eventually, Ayelet felt confident enough to begin creating her own style and created a project which culminated in her webisode musical series entitled "My Hebrewland", where she introduced "Kosher Barbie", a leading role she not only created, but also plays.
